The Doctors and Staff who treated her at James Cook Hospital, the Doctors and Staff at Albert House Clinic, South Bank, the Pharmacist and Staff at Cooper and Kime Chemist, the Macmillan Nurses, the Marie Curie Nurses and all the District Nurses and all who attended the service.
